Who We Are

FOUNDER

A Hillsdale College graduate (BA, Economics, 2017), Luke Robson moved back to Hillsdale after attending Notre Dame Law School (JD, 2022) and helping to found Capstone Classical Academy in Fargo, ND. Luke was inspired to start Hillsdale Renaissance after witnessing the development of downtown Fargo by Doug Burgum and the Kilbourne Group. Luke loves Hillsdale, especially its downtown district, and looks forward to helping new businesses and tenants find a home here.

CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER

Originally from Minnesota, Colm has called Hillsdale home for the last ten years. Colm is a Hillsdale College 2021 graduate who joined Luke at Hillsdale Renaissance in 2023. His background as an artist and handyman give him a unique perspective on the historic renovations that Hillsdale Renaissance hopes to carry out with its properties.

COMMUNITY LIASON

"I work to build and strengthen relationships between local businesses, residents, and the Hillsdale community. My role involves directing events, supporting tenants, and helping tell the story of what we're building here in Hillsdale. I love the community and the traditions we have in Hillsdale, and I deeply enjoy working for the good of the city!"

OFFICE COORDINATOR

Chelsea Brown is a Central New York native who has grown to love and appreciate all that Hillsdale has to offer. After attending Faith Baptist Bible College in Ankeny, Iowa, Chelsea and her husband, Pastor Christian Brown, moved to Hillsdale in 2023. They currently live with two of their greatest blessings: their young daughter and son, as well as their cat. Chelsea loves spending time with her family and gathering with her church family each week. Chelsea's favorite place to be is the beach, soaking up the sun. She also enjoys crocheting, reading, running, baking with her daughter, and the color yellow. Chelsea has been with Hillsdale Renaissance since 2024.

OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

An Idaho native, Saige graduated Hillsdale College in 2021 and spent the last four years teaching literature across middle school and high school in Denver, CO. Back again in Hillsdale for her husband’s pursuit of a Master’s degree, she’s excited to be a part of Hillsdale Renaissance’s mission to revitalize their downtown buildings. She enjoys the small town pace of life and the close community that Hillsdale provides.
